Initial information
Venue, schedule, stages, programme and applicable limits.
Noise monitoring
We work with municipal environmental authorities and monitor events to ensure sound levels stay within the limits set for each event.
Controlled sound levels

We measure and monitor event noise in real time. We check levels against the limits set for the event and keep production teams and sound engineers informed so they can adjust sound levels in time.
Measurements are planned around the venue and event-specific noise limits in cooperation with the organiser and municipal environmental authorities. Results and observations are documented for the organiser and, as agreed, for the environmental authorities.
Positioning measurement points within and around the event site according to the set noise limits and the measurement approach agreed with the authorities.
Continuous noise monitoring and comparison with the limits set for the event.
Timely communication with production teams and sound engineers when noise levels approach the set limits.
Time-stamped measurement data and a post-event summary.
The measurement process
Venue, schedule, stages, programme and applicable limits.
Point locations, equipment, data transfer and how production follows the results.
Live measurements and agreed communication with sound engineers.
Reviewing measurement data, graphs and the event summary.
A shared overview
Measurement point status, observations and technical tasks can share one view with RF management and information portals.
